I have never been a sleeper. I would go to bed and be awake until 2. Sleep from 2 - 4 and then be awake until 7. Maybe dozing a little bit after 4. Or I would go to sleep immediately and wake up at 2 and then toss and turn until 7. I had a hypnosis session with Marnie to help me sleep. It was slow at first but each night it got better. Last night I went to sleep almost immediately after 10:15, woke up at 4:30. I figured that was it for the rest of the night and then realized it was 7:45 when the puppies woke up to go outside.* Update: 2 months later My sleeping is getting better all the time.
