Her Story
A path she never chose, and now can't imagine living without
On December 1, 2023, Elisha lost her son Cole. He was 25, and his life was taken by a drunk driver. There is no framework that prepares you for grief like that — it doesn't resolve, and it doesn't wait for you to be ready. In the searching that followed, Elisha found hypnotherapy, not as a technique to learn but as a place to actually be with what she was carrying, and slowly, to find her way back to herself.
That experience is why this work matters to her the way it does. She trained and became a Certified Hypnotherapist through UCSD, and she's currently completing Level 2 of QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), specializing in past life regression — deepening the ways she can walk alongside clients moving through loss, transition, and everything in between. She doesn't ask anyone to move faster than grief allows. She knows better than most that healing isn't linear, and that it's still healing.
