Certified through UC San Diego's Centers for Integrative Health
Elisha completed the Foundational Hypnotherapy Certification through the University of California, San Diego's Centers for Integrative Health, co-developed with Cal Light Lessons LLC and the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy — a rigorous program covering hypnotic theory, induction, client safety, and ethical practice.
This is the training that sits underneath every session: a formal, university-backed certification rather than a weekend course, held to the same standard of care you'd expect from any credentialed practitioner.

Advanced Training
QHHT Level 1, completed under Julia Cannon
Elisha completed QHHT Level 1 Online — Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, the method developed by Dolores Cannon and taught by her daughter, Julia Cannon — finishing with a final score of 94.12.
QHHT is the foundation for the past-life regression and deep subconscious work Elisha now offers, and she's continuing on to QHHT Level 2 to deepen that practice further.
